How I celebrated Halloween

Halloween is one of those holidays that make me really appreciate my job. I don't have children of my own, but I get to do the fun stuff with the kids in my class. But after celebrating all day, I go home, and its almost as if the holiday doesn't exist.

We live in the middle of nowhere, so we don't get trick or treaters. I decided it was time to figure out a way to celebrate, even if it was a small celebration.

This was my evening; apple cider wine spritzers (yum!), and ghost pizza (pepperoni pizza with slices of provolone cheese cut with a ghost cookie cutter). The best part is that it was Halloween, so calories didn't count :)
