I was so super efficient and productive last weekend, and all week I've felt like I have been recovering from all that hard work. I'm exhausted and feeling really lazy, but I'm hoping that I'm finally turning the corner, just in time for the weekend again.
So here are some pictures from last weekend; the bandanas that I bought on a spontaneous trip to the discount craft store (something that I try not to do more than twice a yer because it has proven quite dangerous to my wallet), and the super cute rainbow St. Patrick's day treats that I made for the kiddos in my class.

Wait... Free Starbucks?!
Have you seen this?! This weekend Starbucks is doing but one get one free on their holiday beverages from 2-5pm. Umm yes! I'm in for sure! This is perfect for all of you who will be shopping this weekend. There are some awesome deals out there, but I'm not sure I understand the point of a Pre-Black Friday sale... I'm all for a sale, don't get me wrong, but the whole forgetting the entire holiday of thanksgiving thing rubs me the wrong way.
I may do a little shopping the weekend, but for the most part I will be devoting my weekend to getting into the holiday spirit in other ways. Saturday morning is my hometown's annual holiday parade, and just because I don't live there anymore doesn't mean that I get out of the festivities, ill be there, freezing my butt off with everyone else!
Sunday is devoted to frosting thanksgiving sugar cookies, and I have some really cute designs planned for this year. I am so looking forward to hanging out in my sweats and getting frosting everywhere!
I hope your weekend is just as festive, I'd love to hear about it!

Weekend review
I had the most productive weekend! I think it was the combination of cold medicine and caffeine...
I finished a ton of Christmas gifts, which of course I can't share because some of the recipients read my cute little blog. I also finally finished the table runner that I started for my mom - before Halloween. That dang binding, and the whole hand stitching part just takes time.
It is super cute, but I needed to get the full effect, so I set my whole table up for thanksgiving. Of course I am not actually hosting thanksgiving because my house is teeny. So I thought I would share sine photos of my thanksgiving table, or rather, what my table would look like if I were hosting thanksgiving.
All of the pieces that you see on my table are pieces that I already owned, don't go out and buy new stuff that you'll only use one day a year!

Hello Friday!
Bring it on, I cannot wait to get this day over with!
As of 5:15pm I am off work and camping all weekend, and while I realize that it is supposed to be nearly 100 degrees this weekend, I am looking on the bright side-at least I can hang out in my bathing suit!
I am so ready for some s'mores, campfire pies and drinks with some of my best friends, because even though I may be an adult, this is exactly what summer is about. I hope the next 11 hours go incredibly fast!
What are your after-the-holiday-weekend plans?

Happy weekend!
Happy Memorial Day weekend from me and my giant bowl of pasta salad! Yum!
No worries, it's not all for me, we're going to a BBQ tonight. I hope you all enjoy your weekend plans!

Friday nights
Goodness my Friday nights have become incredibly predictable! Tonight we went out for ice cream (my favorite peanut butter cup sundae from my favorite ice cream store ever, Mr. Freeze) and then watched Dateline. Ha, how exciting! But, at least it was relaxing. Now I am reading blogs when I know that I should either be doing something productive or heading to bed.
My plans for tomorrow include a little crafting (or maybe I'll do some of that tonight still...) and then I'm going to check out the Harrison Rally Days festival in Perrysburg Ohio. I'm excited to see a lot of crafters and artists and hopefully get some inspiration!
I hope that everyone has a great weekend!

Busy Busy Week Ahead
Well, my last day of summer was not quite as exciting as I had hoped, actually it wasn't that great at all, it rained, all day, and my computer almost died, but I spent the whole day trying to clean out all the old files and junk that seems to appear from no where and It is finally back to normal, so crisis averted, yay!
When I got it up and running again I did manage to list a gift card in my Etsy shop. It is good for $25, the perfect gift because then the recipient can choose their own planner from Obsessively Organized!
Today is being devoted to getting myself back in gear for my busy week. I am starting a new project today, making a baby quilt for a friends' mom to give to a relative. It is wonderful to be able to help people with all of these projects, maybe that's a direction for my business to go I could be a crafting consultant, well it would never get boring!
I am also going to spend the week packing because Thursday night I am going on vacation! My boyfriend, Aaron, and I are going to take his new camper out for the weekend. We are going to visit his brother in Wooster Ohio and then spend some time in Amish country.
I am off to run some errands, I cannot put off buying printer toner any longer unfortunately, have a wonderful day and check back tomorrow for organizing tips!
